Senior RF/mmWave radio system design Engineer

Curvalux is poised to play a significant role globally in providing much needed extremely high-speed broadband connectivity to rural areas.

The radio system design engineer will join an A-team developing the next generation Curvalux Products integrating high-end disciplines to achieve hi capacity of wireless connectivity.

The radio system design engineer will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive and design innovative products. You will be responsible to drive key aspects of product definition, design, optimization, implementation, and test.

 

Required Qualifications

•   10+ years of proven hands-on experience in digital MW radio design at system level.
•    Proven experience in PtP and PtmP MW and MM wave radio system definition, System level specs development, systematization, architecture, and development of innovative full ODU solution. 
•    Proven experience in qualification testing of MW/MM wave radio, as per regulatory requirements, ETSI and FCC to ensure ODU reliability and maintainability in field. 
•    Experience in high volume low-cost design for customer end.
•    Experience analyzing and simulating RF system performance including cascaded chain analysis for EVM, IP2, IP3, and NF
•    Well familiar with ITU and ANSI standards, bands/channel allocation plan and EIRP requirements.
•    Integrate and cooperation with software, RF and mechanics design teams
•    Good knowledge of KPIs of MW/MM wave full ODU, PHY algorithms, RFIC specs and wireless technologies including ATPC, FEC, Massive MIMO, XPIC, mm wave (5G), ACM, etc.
•    Good knowledge of challenges and solutions being faced in high capacity fixed dense Network.
•    Design documentation, technical reports and presentation as required.

Senior Hardware System Architect

As a Senior system Hardware Architect, you will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive and design innovative products. You will be responsible to drive key aspects of product definition, design, optimization, implementation, and test. You must be responsive, flexible, attentions to details and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for the system architecture of our innovative RF and Antenna systems into products, including:

•    Lead the system architecture of our innovative wireless products.
•    Define the hardware networking solution, writing system specifications, leading of software, hardware development.
•    Designing systems and solutions, including live deployments with large customers.
•    Define, coordinate, and technically lead the system architecture requirements and process with multi-disciplinary leaders RF/ SW/FW/HW
•    Lead projects and features from idea to production.

 

Required Qualifications

Senior Wireless validation Engineer

Curvalux products includes multi discipline hardware and software integrated products. Therefore, a substantial focus is put in the products integration and validation. 

As a Senior system validation engineer, you will lead the validation of the product including:

•    Lead the performance measurements for the product sub-systems: RF, Analog, digital, embedded software, GUI, software.
•    Work with R&D teams to verify good connectivity between system blocks.
•    Automatic test station design and programming of testing scripts writing in C, C++, python.
•    Support the transition from design to production.
•    Lead the product certification (FCC, ETSI, UL, CE)
•    Supporting R&D in prototype phase and applying acceptance test reports.

 

Required Qualifications:

•    B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent work experience required.
•    7+ years of experience in similar role in the telecommunication industry.
•    Experience with Wifi 802.11AX or similar development and validation is a must

•    10+ years of proven hands-on experience in embedded system analog board design.
•    Proven experience in analog system definition.

You will be responsible to drive key aspects of algorithms definition, design, optimization, implementation, and test. In this role, you will be responsible for the development algorithms and simulation for the next generation products including:

•    Researching and developing new algorithms communication signal processing algorithms for best-in-class implementation of various wireless standards
•    Perform mathematical analyses of the given problem and its proposed solutions. 
•    Write detailed design documents that will enable implementation of algorithms by other teams specializing in either RTL design or DSP firmware coding. 
•    Optimize and fine-tune the system for spec compliance in an RF lab environment.
•    Implement system models and perform detailed performance investigations 
•    Collaborate with digital designers and firmware developers to realize algorithms with efficient implementation.

 

Required Qualifications

The NPI & production QA manager will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary globally dispersed team to support product release to the market as per plan. You will be responsible to drive key aspects of product manufacturing and release to the market with target cost, within agreed time plan and published Specs to meet customer satisfaction.  

Required Qualifications

•    7+ years’ experience in high volume telecom manufacturing industry 
•    Proven experience of NPI & manufacturing function to bring design into production in both in-house and out-source manufacturing environment. 
•    Experience of conducting Process FEMA and dynamic risk mitigation.
•    Integrate and cooperation with R&D teams during design phase to ensure the product is manufacture able with low cost and conduct DFM. 
•    Well familiar with core manufacturing technologies for antennas and RF/MW radio components/sub-assemblies.  
•    Good knowledge of RF/MW testing, hands on experience of Signal Generator, Spectrum analyser and network analyser. 
•    Good knowledge of tooling, assembly/test fixtures for production

Network planning and implementation engineer

Curvalux is poised to play a significant role globally in providing much needed extremely high-speed broadband connectivity to rural areas.

The Network planning and implementation engineer will join an A-team developing the next generation Curvalux Products integrating high-end disciplines to achieve hi capacity of wireless connectivity.

The Network planning and implementation engineer will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive and implementation of the product roll out in the field. You will be responsible to drive key aspects of network planning, optimization, implementation, testing, troubleshooting and handing over. You will be dealing with both Access network (from Curvalux tower to CPUs) and backhaul (between Curvalux towers)

Required Qualifications

•    7+ years of proven hands-on experience of network planning, optimization and its implementation, including BSA sites (RF Cellular radio) and backhaul (MW PtP and PtmP).
•    Well familiar with IP based wireless, Wi-Fi and other related technologies
•    Proven experience of interference analysis and mitigation techniques
•    Strong technical radio planning skills in both RF Radio and Microwave planning using RF tools such as Planet and MW tools like PathLoss, IQ link etc.
•    working knowledge on all design and commissioning activities including site surveys, design, build, test, and handover
•    Supporting the design and documentation of systems, providing solution designs and site reports in accordance with appropriate regulations and customer requirements.
•    Experience on multi-vendor technologies covering licensed and unlicensed products, including but not restricted to Point-to-Point, Point-to-Multi-Point and Wi-Fi.

You will be responsible to drive key aspects of product definition, design, optimization, implementation, and test. In this role, you will be leading the SW and FW development, including:

•    Use your top-notch software development expertise to inspire others to develop better software practices and principles.
•    Design, develop, code, test, and debug embedded software systems.
•    Work with requirements and prototypes from cross-teams (R&D, Software, HW,)
•    Work with Software Engineers to integrate such embedded systems with the overall system such as NMS.

 

Required Qualifications​
